Chimichurri Dry Mix (Pack of 3)

The Chimichurri Dry Mix, part of the "Layered Nutrition" line is a mix of freeze dried organic microgreens, onion, garlic and red pepper flakes.  Simply mix the packet with 1/2 cup of your favorite vinegar, 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil, shake and enjoy.  For a thicker sauce only use olive oil. Put on chicken, fish, beef, pork or use as a salad dressing
